Our Little Fur Family
This is our “little fur family”, (from left) Lucy, Grace, and Jack. I have had Grace for about 13 years and she is truly a sweetie, except if you’re Jack, or you get in between her and food! We have had Lucy about 11 years. We found her in the middle of the highway one night. She’s really Jonathan’s cat, but I think he has long since disowned her. Last furry thing to join our family is Jack. He was a stray that was living in the woods beside our old house. Jonathan forbade me to feed or pet him, but I saw how skinny he was one day, and well…now he’s ours. Actually he’s Elizabeth’s cat. Grace and Lucy, otherwise known as “the girls”, detest him. I think he’s been with us for three years now and they still don’t have much use for him. (He does pester them relentlessly.) Anyway, I wouldn’t know what to do without cats in my life! They’re a treasure!
The georgeous dog at the top is our newest addition. She’s a Golden Retriever Pup named Clover!
We are very sad to say that we lost our Lucy in early 2008. She is greatly missed.
